1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OpsPanel, you agree to these Terms of Service. OpsPanel is operated by App Ranch. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

OpsPanel is a task management application. We provide the software as a hosted service. You are responsible for the content you create within your account.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for login.
• One person per account. Do not share your login link or OTP code.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use OpsPanel.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• OpsPanel costs $2.99 per month (early access price), billed monthly via Stripe. This price is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
• You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have a concern.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice via email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpsPanel to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the application, or interfere with the service's infrastructure.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your tasks or content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

OpsPanel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Ranch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
