A real morning brief

Today you have one slot free. Carry-over: Send the Henderson
quote (4 days in focus, picked 3 times). That is information,
not failure — either protect a slot for it or drop it.

I would keep Henderson, finish the kickoff deck (you shipped
the proposal yesterday), and leave the website refresh. Waiting
on Sam is not your move.

Setup

1. Copy https://opspanel.app/api/mcp
2. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste → Connect → approve on OpsPanel.
3. ChatGPT: Settings → Security and login → Developer mode → Plugins → + → paste → Scan Tools → authorise. Web only.
4. Perplexity: Settings → Connectors → Custom → Remote.
5. Cursor / VS Code: add the URL to mcp.json as a remote server.

Gemini's consumer app supports this only for its gated Spark cohort. Microsoft Copilot needs a wrapper.
